V60 18gr/240ml 93º 4 4 minutes Rinse the filter and add the grounded coffee. Add 30ml

Syphon 18gr/240ml 92º 3.5 3 minutes Rinse the filter and fill the “Bulb” with 240ml water.
Insert the filter into the “Bulb” and gently press.

Chemex 18gr/240ml 92º 4 – 4.5 3.5 minutes Rinse the filter and add the grounded coffee. Add 80ml
of water and Bloom for 30 seconds. Stir and add the
Medium-Coarse rest of water.

French Press 18gr/240ml 93º 5 5 minutes Add the grounded coffee and the ½ of water. Bloom for
30 sec and stir gently. Add the rest of water and bloom
(6gr-7gr/100ml) Coarse for 4 min. Slowly press down.

Aero Press 18gr/200ml 93º 3.5 – 4 2 minutes Rinse the filter and add the grounded coffee. Add
200ml of water very quickly and stir for 10 seconds. Put
Medium – Fine the plunger on the top and brew for 1 min. Stir again
and then press for 20 seconds
