When the industrial base is widely developed, the world is also more polluted.
That’s why there are some types of pollution. They are:
• Water pollution
• Air pollution
• Light pollution
• Noise pollution
• Thermal pollution
First, we’ll talk about water pollution. And what’s water pollution?

Water pollution is the phenomenon of water bodies such as rivers,

lakes, seas, underground water... being contaminated by the
activities of the natural environment and humans with toxic
substances such as substances contained in pesticides, chemicals.
Untreated industrial waste, ... all can be harmful to humans and
living organisms in nature.
However, contaminated sewage is the destruction of life. People who used
polluted water sources on a daily basis often suffer from intestinal diseases
such as appendicitis, diarrhea; eye diseases such as pink eye or even more
dangerous is cancer
• Here are some tips for you to prevent water pollution
• Reduce plastic waste
• Limit cleaning chemicals
• Don’t throw cigarette butts down the toilet
• Avoid using pesticides
• Clean up trash
Second, air pollution is a large change in the composition of the air, due to
smoke, dust, vapors or foreign gases being introduced into the air, causing
strange odors, reducing visibility, changing climate
Air pollution’ll cause stroke, heart disease, lung cancer, chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory infections.
There is some ways for you to prevent air pollution

• Plant trees and green hills to absorb CO2 as well as toxic substances.
• Prioritize the use of public transport, reduce the amount of emissions emitted
every day
• Urbanize properly, limit fine P.M 2.5.
• Treat exhaust gas before discharging into the environment.
• No littering
After that, we’ll talk about light pollution.
• Light pollution is the presence of unwanted , inappropriate or excessive
artificial light.
• In a descriptive sense, the term light pollution refers to the effects of any
poorly executed lighting, during the day or at night.
Light pollution makes us suffer from: Headaches,
Light pollution makes us suffer
Fatigue, Stress, Depressionfrom :
Headaches, Fatigue, Stress, Depression
Ways to prevent light pollution
• Use the light source just enough for the requirement.
• Turn off lights when not needed or use timer mode.
• Improve suitable lighting tools, can focus light where needed
• Install lamps such that wavelengths of light are less likely to cause serious
problems.
Next is noise pollution. And what’s noise pollution?

Noise pollution is noise in the environment that exceeds a certain threshold

that causes discomfort to people or animals.
In most countries, the main source of noise pollution comes from outdoor
noise such as vehicles, transport, motor vehicles, airplanes and trains.
Noise pollution can make us suffer from
+ Hearing loss
+ High blood pressure
+ Cardiovascular disease
+ Gastrointestinal diseases
+ Sleep disorders
+ Changes in immune function
+ Ways to prevent noise pollution
• Use noise-canceling earplugs.
• Use soundproof doors.
• Close windows and doors.
• Equipped with soundproof curtains.
• Construction of soundproof walls.
• Plaster ceiling.
• Plant many green trees.
• Use soundproof furniture.
The last one is thermal pollution. Do you know what thermal pollution is?
Thermal pollution, sometimes called “heat enrichment”, is the
deterioration of water quality by any process that alters the
surrounding water temperature. Thermal pollution is the increase or
decrease in the temperature of a natural body of water due to human
impact.
Thermal pollution seriously affects the fertility of aquatic animals and plants.
Causes a hot water effect that reduces the solubility of oxygen in water.
Some species of organisms that are deprived of oxygen will die in mass which will cause a serious loss of
biodiversity.
Ways to prevent thermal pollution
Use a cooling pond.
Use cooling towers.
Use artificial lakes instead
Recycle water before discharge.
Use the heat source for other
purposes.
I hope you’ll take some advices to protect our
environment
