• Case 268 was detected by our system, 6 days prior to RT-

PCR confirmed (on March 20, 2020).

• There were 27 out of 109 cases detected at least 2 days

earlier than the RT-PCR confirmed dates (Case 24, 226, 227,
235, 256, 268, 271, 272, 273, 279, 284, 287, 289, 290, 292,
308, 310, 313, 316, 317, 335, 349, 353, 355, 361, 363, and
379). Among these cases, Case 24, 268, 279, and 292 were
detected 5 days earlier. 14

Exploring Virus Transmissions through Genetic
Tracing with Phylogenetic Trees

The visual tool is branched from Nextstrain. It

takes virus data from GISAID automatically daily.
It connects each infection to most likely source.
The solution helps to develop an effective plan
for pathogen control.

In additional to transmissions from existing data

from GISAID, submit new viral sequence, and
corresponding information to receive a curated
transmission tree tracing patient's viral strand to
its original source.

Full text literature search for genetic
variants open to the pubic

We developed an AI solution to discover the real-world

evidence through publications out of 30 million
abstract and 8 million full-text medical papers. NLP
techniques are implemented to understand and extract
the most relevant information in Precision Medicine.

To expediate the global development progress of

pandemic prevention technology, around 300,000 more
papers related to the Sars-CoV-2 virus are added into
the library, including preprints from bioRxiv and
medRxiv.
