• to determine if the urban people are getting more priority in
the news stories and programs than the rural people

• Rural peoples media literacy is inferior than the city people


• Rural areas are ignored by the mainstream national media
• There is a digital divide between modernized urban people and developing rural people

• Rural news is mostly news of natural calamities and random deaths
