SD Blocking:

1. Check Availability/HW issues on Sites & Neighbor Sites

2. Check Traffic increase

3. Check Location Update Attempts (LU Attempts)

4. Check A-Transmission KPI: SD A IF Fail CALL
5. Take SD resources from TCH resources (Only if NO TCH BLK)
6. Open new frequency on impacted cell

1. Check Availability/HW issues on Sites & Neighbor Sites

2. Check Traffic increase

3. Check A-Transmission KPI: TCH A IF Fail CALL

5. Take TCH resources from SD resources (Only if NO SD BLK)
6. Open HR / increase HR penetration
7. Open OSC Feature
8. Open new frequency on impacted cell

SD Drop:
1. Check Availability/HW issues on Sites & Neighbor Sites
2. If SD Drop after availability ask Operation team to check active alarms and perform Hopping toggling
3. Check UL Interference on BTS Level

4. Check A-Transmission KPI: SD A IF Fail CALL

5. Check T200S timer for New sites Value should be 1260 Sec
6. Check if sector is overshooting to long distance “Report 232”
7. Check DL Qual BTS Level
8. SD Reshuffle (on TSL0 & TSL2) on same TRX or different TRXs
9. Change frequencies of Impacted cell
