Executive summary
We are going to start a bakery business named “Butter it Better”. We
will open our first branch in DHA and our production house will be
in Quaid-e-Azam industrial estate and we will also build a farm in
Lalyani. The uniqueness of our business is we use goat milk in our
products instead of using cow milk that has more fat. Our farm will
provide pure goat milk which will be used in our products as main
ingredients. Our business is first of its kind in the market. For this
purpose we conduct a survey to find out customers preference, and
we find out that customer first choice is pure quality product. We are
going to provide Fluid products, Fermented products and Frozen
products . We provide these products in competitive price with a
good quality to maintain our customer interest in our product. We are
going to create disruption in the market to attract customer attention
by doing GUERRILLA MARKETING and provocative
advertisements.

We are going to make a goat farm where we are going


to feed them and use there milk to make bakery
products.
GOAT FARMING
Goat farming involves the raising and breeding of
domestic goats as a branch of animal husbandry. People farm
goats principally for their meat, milk, fiber and skins. Goat
farming can be very suited to production alongside other
livestock (such as sheep and cattle) on low-quality grazing land.

DUA (Marketing manager)
