When you are healthy, you can do many fun
things.
We learned that sweets, salty
foods, and some processed
foods are less healthful food.
Eating too much of this kind
of food is not good for our
health.
There are many foods
we like to eat. But not
all foods are good for
our health.
Effects of eating Less
Healthful food
▪Too much sweets on your
diet may cause you to have
tooth aches and tooth decay.
▪Eating less healthful food in
bigger amounts will not give
your body enough nutrients. If
you do not have the right
balance of nutrients, your body
will become to thin and weak.
This is called malnourishment.
▪If your body becomes too
thin and weak, you will easily
get sick.
▪Less healthful food may also
caused obesity.
