events as well as  our staff is

up to 300 masses per event

BIOLOGICAL CONTAMINATION :-
Bacteria – in most cases of food poisioning , the food is
contaminated by bacteria such as salmonella and many more
which spoils the health of guest's.

How to preserve the food :

Clean and wash the hands with antibacterical loction while


preparing food and after prepared as well as before making 
Separate the raw food like meat , beef and chicken and donot
put the prepared in copper utensil because food can react with
cooper which leads food poisioning 
Cook food to the safe internal temperature to kill harmful
bacteria and check the ph .
Impacts of viruses

 Viruses: – sometimes food get viruses which is spread by food and infacted to
guest and spread the several types of diseases that affect to the guests .

 How to cope up to this type of obstacle:

 Use the senitizers and soups


 Wash the hands before serving the food and after serving 
 Use hot and soapy water and paper towels or clean clothes to wipe up 
the kitchen surfaces or spills

Parasites:

 Parasites may be present in food or in water and can


be identified as cause of foodborne or waterborune
illiness . The illnesses they can cause range from
mild  discomfort to debilitating illness and
sometimes it can cause death .

 How to prevent :
 Cleanliness is major factor in
preventing foodbornew illness.
 Washing hands with water warm water and soap for
at least 20 seconds can help eliminate
germs from hands 
Chemical  contamination :

 Sometimes people the foods and checmical on the


place accidentaly that chemicals get into the food
which causes several kinds of diseases and
sometimes it can cause the food poisioning which
the health problem .

 How to prevent :
 We should aware  about the chemicals and should
keep them away from thbe the food .

Physical contamination :

 Sometimes hair, dirt or similar items come into contact with food 
 Poor ventilation and maintenance 

 How to cope up:


 improve the ventilation system
 Wear proper costume while preparing the food
