 Suffixes to form adjectives
(наставки со кои се образуваат придавки)

These are some of the suffixes you can add to nouns and verbs to form adjectives:

-al, -able, -ible, -(i)ous, and

-ful.
universe (n.) → universal person (n.) → personal

believe (v.) → (un)believable adore (v.) → adorable

sense (n.) → sensible terror (n.) → terrible

luxury (n.) → luxurious adventure (n.) → adventurous

colour (n.) → colourful pain (n.) → painful

EXERCISE 1 – Now make adjectives from the given words,
using the suffixes: -al, -able, -ible, - (i)ous, and –ful.
