Meeting with Michael Ballou:

1. PW will complete drawing and send SJ to review this week
2. Tool building spend 10 weeks: 8 weeks for design, 2 weeks for fabrication
3. PW possible to issue PO on Oct 1st , next process is tooling and sample
making
4. PW plan to visit SJ to audit on first week of Dec
5. PW will assess both of pre-assembly and assembly product at SJ facility
Portable Winch and a send sample
6. Mike will ask PW for qualification requirement docs
7. PW is developing electric winch and Mike will follow to get other RFQ of
PCB, drum, heatsink
8. EAU of gasoline winch will not affect by electric winch, electric winch will
more competitive than gasoline, every people will use
