Interpretivism research philosophy has been chosen for the research.

It is relatively associated with the qualitative data and it is positively useful for uncovering
the social process related to the research topic (Alborough and Hansen, 2022).

It also understands the view of the investigator and provides a clear understanding about a
particular area of research (Matta, 2021).
SOLUTION/MODEL TESTING PLAN, EVALUATION &

An inductive research approach has been chosen for the considered research study in order
to collect the most appropriate data to conduct the research.

It provides a comprehensive approach for the analysis of the qualitative data and provides a
deeper understanding of the complex research phenomenon (Azungah, 2018).

It also helps to deliver the general facts from the individual one (Kim, 2021).

It helps in the smooth execution of the concerned research that is based on Myntra case
study.

SOLUTION/MODEL ADJUSTMENTS AND AMENDMENTS

Secondary Qualitative data collection method has extensively been used in

the research work.

The use of the secondary data collection method lays emphasis on the
application of available and authenticated information on the concerned topic
(Wickham, 2019).

The completion of the research work is carried out prudently with the help of
the secondary data collection method.

KEY LESSONS LEARNT

● In my opinion the Agile Methodology is considered to be one of

the most preferred techniques which helps in the efficient
project execution.
● Improvement of formal and informal communication is carried
out under agile methodology (Diebold and Mayer, 2017).
● I have assessed that the use of Agile methodology encourages
team development by laying emphasis on self-organisational
skills. Benefits of Agile Methodology
(Source: Butt, 2016)
KEY LESSONS LEARNT (CONT…)

● Waterfall is a sequence based project management methodology.

● I have understood that waterfall method is a step by step model of
project management.
● Each step is taken successively one after the completion of the other,
from identification of the requirements to completion of the operations
(Casteren, 2017).
● However, I feel that the method is rigid, and cannot be reversed, thus,
the planning of each step is required to be completed before starting of
the process. The Waterfall Model of Methodology

research work. Trabasso and Pessôa, 2019).
KEY LESSONS LEARNT (CONT…)

The Agile model has the biggest benefit of being flexible in nature and non-iterative.

It does not require very strong planning, and the steps can be reversed based on the requirement of
the projects.

In the changing environment of the Indian e-commerce and fashion market, the changeable and
flexible nature of the Agile model can solve a lot of problems (Diebold and Mayer, 2017).

Responsive planning based on the market conditions and the circumstances can be helpful for
Myntra to handle projects better.
KEY LESSONS LEARNT (CONT…)

The Agile model is often used for risk reduction for project management.

Myntra can have better control over the performance and operations of the
project with the presence of an Agile solution.
Similarly, the customer satisfaction of Myntra can be increased with the usage
of the solution.
The incorporation of the project can initiate additional costing, however, in the
long term it is likely to decrease the overall cost of the project for Myntra.
PERSONAL REFLECTION

I have understood that stakeholders are required to engage in the agile projects to make
decisions pertaining to the ongoing projects.

Lack of sufficient documentation and predictability create a limitation in adopting agile

models (Agrawal, Atiq and Maurya, 2016).

In my opinion, restriction in customer participation may also result in limiting the

effectiveness of agile models in the business process.
