intellectual, creative abilities and
other qualities of individuals that
can contribute to the production
 Method
● This is the “how” to run a business.
A clear objective, policies, and
procedures must be set and
organized for a better and smooth
operation of the business.
● This resources input is also called
technology or techniques of
production since it prescribes the
intensity in the use of factor inputs
 Materials
● This is the raw material a
company used to convert it to a
final product. It is difficult to
find a source or supplier who
offers the cheapest possible
price at the highest quality.
● A service which includes
supply chain management.
 Machine
● This refers to equipment used to deliver
the needed tasks efficiently. It will help
the worker carry on the job faster to
meet the demands on time. Engaging in
the right machine would help save time
and increase profits.
● It is also describe as the bestfriend of
manpower in producing goods and
services.
