Brief History Of The School
Bauan Technical High School is a municipal high
school established during the incumbency of Mayor
Bienvinido C. Castillo in 1995. Its construction was
based on extensive research with full consideration of
the prevailing economic condition of the people and the
current cost of private secondary education.

Brief History Of The School
At present, Bauan Technical High School is one
among the 282 technical vocational high schools in the
Philippines piloting the Strengthened Technical
Vocational Curriculum. The school is now under the
supervision of Dr. Gabriel R. Roco, the principal.

In line with the implementation of Republic Act No. 10533,
otherwise known as Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 (K
to 12 Law), the Department of Education (DepEd) is adopting
the enclosed Policy Guidelines on Awards and Recognition
for the K to 12 Basic Education Program, DepEd Order
36, series of 2016.

Classroom Award
Conduct Awards for Grades 4 to 12
• Students must have obtained a rating of at least 75% “Always Observed”
(AO) at the end of the school year (with at least 21 out of 28 AO rating in
the report card). They also must have not been sanctioned with offenses
punishable by suspension or higher sanction within the school year
according to the Department’s service manual and child protection policies.

Academic Excellence Award
• The Award for Academic Excellence within the quarter is given to learners
from grades 1 to 12 who have attained an average of at least 90 and passed
all learning areas.

Classroom Award
Recognition for Perfect Attendance
• This award is given at the end of every quarter to encourage learners
to attend and actively participate in class. Perfect attendance means
that a learner must be present in all of his/her classes,and must have
no absences for the entire quarter. Learners who are representing the
school for various purposes (e.g., in-school or off-campus activities)
may also qualify for this award.

Academic Excellence Award
• At the end of the school year, the Academic Excellence Award is given to learners
from grades 1 to 12 who have attained a General Average of at least 90 and a
passing Final Grade in all learning areas. It is awarded during a school ceremony.

Leadership Award
The leadership award is given to learners in grades 6, 10, and 12 who have
demonstrated exemplary skills in motivating others and organizing projects
that have significantly contributed to the betterment of the school and/or

To qualify for this award, a learner must:
1. Have no failing grades in any of the learning areas.

UNIFORM
• LALAKI – Pantalong itim na may luwang na pito at kalahating (7.5 inches)
pulgada ang laylayan at puting polo para sa Junior High School at asul
naman para sa Senior High School na may logo ng paaralan sa bulsa ng
kaliwang dibdib. Puting t-shirt o sando ang nakapailalim sa polo. Itim na
sapatos at medyas. Hindi pinapahintulutan ang mga sumusunod:
Pagbabaston ng pantalon, pagsusuot ng foot socks at iconic socks at
pagsusuot ng tshirt na mas mahaba ang manggas kaysa polo.

UNIFORM
• BABAE – Para sa Junior High School: Puting blusa na ayon sa kayariang
itinakda at palda na hindi tataas sa tuhod. Itim na sapatos na walang takong
at purong puting medyas. Hindi pinahihintulutan ang knee socks. Para sa
Senior High School: Puting blusa na ayon sa kayariang itinakda na
nakaparagan sa lampas tuhod na palda. Itim na sapatos na may hanggang
isang pulgadang takong o di kaya’y walang takong (flat). Necktie na may
logo ng paaralan. Hindi pinapahintulutan ang pagsusuot ng paldang mataas
sa tuhod ang haba.

UNIFORM
• PE UNIFORM Ang P.E. uniform ay isusuot sa buong maghapon sa araw na
may klase ng P.E. Hindi pinahihintulutan ang pagbabaston ng jogging pants,
ang luwang ng jogging pants ay hindi dapat bababa sa pito at kalahating (7.5
inches) pulgada. Kung sakaling magpapalit ng PE shirt pagkatapos ng klase
sa PE, ang maaari lamang ipalit ay "plain white t-shirt". Kung sakaling ang
magaaral ay wala pang PE uniform, maaring gamitin sa pagpasok ang school
uniform at magpalit na lamang ng jogging pants at puting t-shirt sa oras ng
PE at magpalit muli ng school uniform pagkatapos nito.

UNIFORM
• Kapag may klase sa Major subjects, maaring magpalit ng mas
komportableng damit subalit kailangang isuot muli ng mga magaaral ang
kanilang school uniform pagkatapos.
• Kapag araw ng Biyernes at mga okasyong pampaaralan ay
pinapahintulutan ng mag-suot ng kanilang Type A uniform ang mga kasapi
ng BSP at GSP. Samantala, ang SSLG Officers ay maari ring magsuot ng
maong na pantalon katuwang ang kanilang polo shirt.

UNIFORM
• HAIR CUT Ang tamang gupit ng buhok para sa mga lalaki ay “La Salle
Cut, 2 x 3”. Ang hair inspection ay isasagawa ng gurong tagapayo o subject
teacher tuwing unang Lunes ng buwan (First Monday of the Month). Kung
sakaling hindi nakapagpagupit sa takdang araw, bibigyan ang mag-aaral ng
tatlong araw na palugit upang makapagpagupit at kung hindi pa rin, siya ay
ire-report na ng gurong tagapayo sa Prefect of Discipline. Ang
pagpapakalbo, pagkukulay at pagpapagupit ng hindi naayon sa itinakda ng
paaralan ay hindi pinahihintulutan.

UNIFORM
• Ang pagpapalagay ng tattoo, pagsusuot ng hikaw ng mga lalaki,
pagbubutas ng tenga ng mga lalaki, maramihang butas sa tenga ng lalaki o
babae at ang pagsusuot ng maraming hikaw ng mga babae ay mahigpit na
ipinagbabawal. Hindi rin pinapahintulutan ang mahabang kuko. Ang mga
babae ay hinihikayat na huwag magsuot ng mamahaling alahas at huwag
pumasok ng may make-up, lipstick, lip tint, at nail polish. Ang Senior High
School (babae) ay pinapayagan subalit ito ay light lamang, bawal ang
makapal na make-up at lipstick.
