• ROO lifting certificate to be filled by Certified Lifting Supervisor

• All non-routine lifting to be performed based on the approved lifting
plan
How to make a safe lifting
• Valid PTW should be available
Lifting Team
• Lifting team must Include
• 1. Lifting Supervisor
• 1. Banksman
• 2. Riggers

• (In case of complex lifting Riggers should be increased.)

• Certified crane/Hiab should be used(Valid ATO sticker)

• Certified Crane Operator, Riggers and Banksman should be available

• Crane/Hiab checklist to be filled by LS/HSE/PA/Operator prior to start
the activity

• All lifting tools and tackles(Slings, shackles etc) should be color coded
and copy of third party certs should be available at lifting area

• Lifting radiuses should be barricaded and erect sign board(Keep lifting
radius barricading materials always available in equipment).
• Lifting Supervisor should arrange to barricade area. (PA & HSE must
be a support to the lifting supervisor)

• Provide proper outrigger pad while placing crane

• Minimum 2 Tag line to be used to control the load

• Monitor the wind speed and do not exceed 9.8m/s and Stop the
lifting if it feels not safe.

• Keep 1.5mtr distance from excavation edge while placing


materials/pipes and never work or walk under boom.
