INTRODUCTION

The Tare Zameen Foundation (TZF) is a non-profit organization established under the
Indian Trust Act 1882 (Registration No. 2320/4, December 19th, 2018 NEW DELHI).
Our mission is to improve the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalized members
of society by providing equal access to quality education, healthcare, shelter, food,
and water. We are dedicated to empowering women and ensuring their freedom and
well-being. Additionally, we strive to address prevalent diseases and medical
complexities by offering necessary health facilities to underprivileged individuals.
During challenging times, we actively promote social responsibility and support those
in need with essential resources. Our vision is to create a self-reliant society that
fosters sustainable economic growth, prosperity, and peace, guided by a national
ethos.
 OBJECTIVES

• Education : Tare Zameen Foundation aims to promote education and literacy in society.

• Self Employment / Livelihood : The foundation works towards organizing and implementing programs to encourage better self-employment and
employment opportunities for the unemployed and needy sections of society.

• Health : The foundation promotes and ensures better health for all sections of society, with a particular focus on underprivileged communities.

• Women Empowerment : Tare Zameen Foundation works towards empowering women, with a special emphasis on those from marginalized and
disadvantaged backgrounds.

• Environment : The foundation raises awareness, educates, and mobilizes people to promote and conserve the environment through various
programs and activities.

• Welfare : Tare Zameen Foundation undertakes various welfare activities, including relief, rehabilitation, regeneration, and advocacy, with the goal
of creating a socially just society.
 PROBLEM STATEMENT
To promote sustainable development through
educating, organizing, and empowering the
underprivileged to foster self-determination, gender
equality, and justice and to end poverty by enhancing
the standard of living for the poor and disadvantaged
through significant socioeconomic development.

 RESULTS AND DISSCUSSIONS
I would like to share the learnings which I got while working with the organization on the
tasks which were assigned to me:

•a proactive attitude, drive and enthusiasm to carry out projects to conclusion.

•the ability to influence others using excellent communication skills.
•I came to also learn about the significance of social media, as the social media handles
become an extra source of income for the foundation, also it helps a lot to spread awareness
among people, and it also shows how genuine the foundation is.
•Empathy and Kindness: The fundraising task helped me realise how small things can make
a huge difference in someone’s life and how just small acts of kindness can make a person
genuinely smile. This task reinforced the importance of compassion and human connection.
 CONCLUSION
The cause of almost all social problems are similar and related. We require a
unified strategy to resolve various social issues. There are many social issues which
we are now dealing with, some of them are more noticeable then others such as
domestic violence, terrorism, child labor etc. So the time had came to put an end
to all these social issues. If we are determined together then these social issues
can be solve easily. The development of humanity is very badly effected due to
social issues. Therefore we must unite in order to combat them and put an end to
them for a greater good and better tomorrow.
