The form

Subject + to be (am, is, are) + Verb 3 +

Object

Examples:
1. The room is cleaned everyday.
2. The letters are sent by postman everyday.
3. Bicycles are used by million of children
around the word.
Change active to passive voice

 Active voice : Mother sweeps the floor every morning.
