- This world has full of depressed people.
And they need the Lord
PEOPLE NEED THE LORD
Everyday they pass me by Chorus:
I can see it in their eyes
People need the Lord
Empty people filled with care
Headed who knows where
People need the Lord
At the end of broken dreams
On they go through private pain He’s the open door
Living fear to fear
Laughter hides their silent cries
Only Jesus hears
We are called to take His light
To a world where wrong seems right
What could be too great a cost
For sharing Life with one who’s lost

Through His love our hearts can feel

All the grief they bear
They must hear the Words of Life
Only we can share
Depression – literally meaning “pressed
down” to a lower position.
On the world of Psychology, DEPRESSION is
a mood disorder. It is a psychological state
that exists when the heart is pressed down
and unable to experience joy. Those
suffering with depression feel trapped
underneath dark, heavy blanket of sadness,
grief, and hopelessness.
Luke 21: 34-35
V34 “ Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed
down with carousing (partying), drunkenness
and the anxieties of life, and that day will close
on you suddenly like a trap.
V35 “For it will come on all those who live on
the face of the whole earth.”

H-Healthy Lifestyle
1. FOOD WE EAT
God is also concerned to our physical body.
 God designed human digestive system to eat fruits and vegetables.
 Genesis 1:29 Then God said, “ I give you every seed-
bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree
that has fruit with see in it. They will be yours for food.”
This command was before the ‘Man fall of sin’
After sin – human being ate whatever he likes it to sustain
the strength of the body. Acts 10: 11-15
Human beings have the same intestinal tract ratio as herbivores
Carnivore – x 3 their body length
Herbivore – x 10 their body length
Omnivore – same length with the body
Other proof:
- Human stomach acidity matches that of herbivores
- The saliva of herbivore is alkaline, which helps pre-digest
plant foods.
- Human saliva is alkaline
2. Balance life within 24 hours
8 hours - working
8 hours - Rest (sleep)
8 hours social life – this includes your
relationship with your family, friends and
spiritual matter/ church

YOUR LOVING KINDNESS
TORE THROUGH THE SHADOWS OF MY SOUL
THE WORK IS FINISHED
THE END IS WRITTEN
JESUS CHRIST, MY LIVING HOPE
CHORUS:
HALLELUJAH, PRAISE THE ONE WHO SET ME
FREE
HALLELUJAH, DEATH HAS LOST ITS GRIP ON
ME
YOU HAVE BROKEN EVERY CHAIN
THERE’S SALVATION IN YOUR NAME
JESUS CHRIST, MY LIVING HOPE
II.
WHO COULD IMAGINE, SO GREAT A MERCY?
WHAT HEART COULD FATHOM
SUCH BOUNDLESS GRACE
THE GOD OF AGES STEPPED DOWN FROM
GLORY
TO WEAR MY SIN AND BEAR MY SHAME
THE CROSS HAS SPOKEN, I AM FORGIVEN
THE KING OF KINGS CALLS ME HIS OWN
BEAUTIFUL SAVIOR, I’M YOURS FOREVER
