Procedure : Laser indirect ophthalmoscopy both eyes

Ex primie with conceptional age 24 weeks, body weight 600 grams, post conceptional age 34 weeks,
current body weight 1640 grams, history of apnea of prematurity with periods of desaturation,
ventilator treatment high frequency oscillatory and currently on CPAP 5/25% with
bronchopulmonary dysplasia and pulmonary interstitial emphysema, anemia of prematurity,
history of PRC transfusion 1 times, current Hb 13.5, Echo (21/7/23): trivial TR PG 16 mmHg, PFO
1.7 mm L to R shunt, intact IVS, normal heart
Improving late onset of sepsis neonatorum with history of seizure 3 days old, clinically seizure free
without epileptic drug, leukocytes 3460, without antibiotic.
• Possibility of difficulty airway cannot be ruled out
