School Context
• Charles LaTrobe College is a P-12 College in the North Eastern Suburbs of
Melbourne, adjacent to La Trobe University.
• Many students and families come from EAL backgrounds, where English is
not the primary language spoken.
•Targeted questions
Using the recording we then transcribed the students responses and scored
them according to the Renfrew Assessment guidelines.

• Children found the technology easy to use
