     Behaviors that are rude, not tolerated in society, and offend the
    person are negative effects. Doing such behavior in public
    makes the other person think that you are a rude person.
    EXAMPLES

     Do use slang and abusive words.

     Interrupting the elders.

     To be sullen.

     Talking too much is unnecessary.


    POSİTİVE IMPACT
    Behaviors such as being honest, tolerant and helpful have a positive effect on
    people. These make people think that you are a kind and nice person compared to
    negative effects.
    EXAMPLES
    Examples
     Speak slowly by adjusting the tone of voice.

     Smile and listen to the other person.

     Be tolerant and kind.

     Try to empathize with the person in front of you when necessary .
