Physical characteristics : the source of life, grows (change), reaping what it sow
(genetic trait)

Luke 8:11 seed = Word of God

Seed = the word

3) The Importance of the Seed

John 3:3-6 those who are born again → the Kingdom of Heaven
1 Peter 1:23 be born again through the Word of God
John 1:1-4 there is life in the Word

Q) Why is it important to understand the parable of the seed?

A) Those who are born again of the seed of God
→ be the children of God and receive the Kingdom of Heaven

2. The Figurative Field

Physical characteristics : where seeds are sown, where seeds grow and bear fruit

1) The Meaning of the Figurative Field

1 Corinthians 3:9 You (people) = the field of God
Luke 8:15 good field = a noble(honest) and good heart
Matthew 13:38 field = world (the church of Jesus)

Field = a person’s heart and the church

2) The Seed and Harvest (the Prophecy and Fulfillment of Heavenly Farming)
- Prophecy of the Old Testament
