Occurs when placenta fails to deliver adequate oxygen

they may hve an altered metabollic status.Endocrine

pregnancy dating is crucial to the diagnosis
and mangement of postterm pregnancy .last
LMP has been used to calculate EDD, but
inacuracy could exist due to cycle irregularity
recent use of hormonal contraception or
because of bleeding early in pregnancy.
