Anamnesis:
Main complaint: Decreased of conciousness
Anamnesis :Patient taken to ER with decreased consciousness post Traffic accident. After the incident there were
no symptoms of nausea, vomiting or fever. Retrograde amnesia (-), dizziness (-)

MOI: Car overturned because of sudden stop to avoid a motorbike who made a sudden turn and patient sat on the
driver seat
