ACTIVITIES TO KEEP RESIDENTS FIT &
ENGAGED AND AWAY FROM NEGATIVE
THINKING.
• KEEP YOUNGER GENERATION
INTERESTED AND DEVELOP TEAMSPIRIT
AND COMMUNITY BONDING.

August: Volleyball Exhibition

September: LD Indoor Games Tournament

November: LD Soccer: Intra- LD football Tournament

December: LD Baddy: Badminton Tournament

January: LDPL : Cricket Tournament

February: LD Open Tennis Championships

March Brain Sports: Debate + Extempore Competition

 August: Volleyball
• Participating teams: 4 (6 members per team)
• Teams to be formed by drafting process.
• Participating fees: Rs. 500 per team
• Duration 1 day.
• Process:
– Each team plays the other in a league format.
– 1 set of 25 points per game
– Top 2 teams qualify (Ties to be settled by a set of 15)
• Cost to EC: 3,000 Max.
 September: Indoor Sports
• Snooker/pool:
• Carrom:
• Table tennis: singles and doubles:
• 2 day event: 1 day knockouts and 1 day finals
• Participants fees: Rs. 100
• Process:
– Lobby-wise teams in knockout format
– Age- groups to be divided per competition
– Individuals Win to take the Lobby victory tally highest
– Best Lobby wins
 November - Football
• Outside LD venue: 1 day event
• 4 teams : 6 a side: 15 mins per half
• Selection of teams by drafting process by
owners
• Per team participation is 1000 Rs.
• Cost to EC: Rs. 5000 Max.
 December - Badminton
• Singles and doubles event (15 & 21 pt.)
• Seniors and Juniors separate knockout format
• 2 locations within LD to be chosen
• Participation: Rs. 100
• Cost to EC: Rs. 3000
• Duration 2 days
 January – LDPL - Cricket
• Format as every year
• Location/Venue TBD
• Duration: 2 days
• COST: Rs. 3000
 February – Tennis
• Singles and Doubles Separate knockout based
events (Best of 5 games)
• Fees: Singles Rs. 300 and doubles Rs. 500
• Duration: 1 day
• Cost to EC: Rs 3000
 March – Brain sports
• Debate
• Extempore
• Quiz
• Details TBD
 Events on stand-by:
• Kids/Juniors sports
– Races, games etc.
• Swimming competition
• Other options welcome

from all over LD together,
regardless of their groups of
religion, community, or ideological
