Determine ADAC-initiated and/or -endorsed innovations and best practices


at all levels

Create an evaluation and assessment platform

Recognize the best, effective, and performing ADACs


COVERAGE

This policy shall cover:


● Provincial ADACs, City ADACs, and
Municipal ADACs which shall be subjected to
the performance audit.

RECOGNITION AND AWARDS
● An ADAC may only be eligible for
awards if it garners an overall
performance score in the functionality
audit of at least 85 points (High
Functional).
● The ANT through the PADS-PMO
shall consolidate all highly functional
ADACs from the NRF.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS

● The ADAC National Audit Team (ANT) shall be


convened to conduct the awarding assessment for
purposes of awards.
● The ANT shall use the National Report Form (NRF) for
the assessment process.
● The ANT shall use the data of the PDEA (Drug Clearing
and Drug Affectation) and the DILG - NBOO (BADAC
Functionality).
