 The factory layout is displayed in the notice borad to monitor the 5S Non conformance.

 Monthly once internal audit is conducted on 5S and the NC’s are marked on the layout.

 The internal audit findings are displayed below the marked layout to ensure the effective closure.

TRACKING TRAVELLER TAGS

 They have a tracking tag to identify the OK & Rejection parts during the material inward and dispatch

process.

 Through out the process this tracking card moves with the part to ensure quality during production.

 They use different colour tags to identify the rejections, Reworks and OK parts.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT ANCHOR

 They have designated PPE anchors for particular area in the shopfloor.

 The personal protective equipments are stored/hunged in this anchor for daily usage.

 With this anchor they ensure the appropriate PPE is available in all respective locations.

5S SIGNAGES AND SOP

 They have displayed 5S relavent posters and signages in all the locations to bring awareness.

 They have displayed the standard operating procedured in all respective locations.

 Practical trainings are provided for all new joined employees.

PRINCIPLE ACTIVITY MANUAL

 They have a 5s activity manual handbook which will be read and followed on daily basis.
 The 5S handbook is made available in all respective department tables.
 The 5S manuals is issued to all new joiners.
 The manual shows all the Not good identificatons and good methods to maintain 5S.
