FACTORS IN THE CRIMINOLOGIST LICENSURE

INTRODUCTION
The licensure examination is critical in determining a school's
performance in terms of the quality of education it provides. This
examination is a necessity for practicing a particular profession.
According to Binayao and Dales year 2020, it is a prerequisite to
becoming a recognized expert in one's specific discipline.
This study is believed to be useful for school administrators, faculty,
criminology students, and criminology graduates who will take the CLE
of Higher Education Institutions in the Philippines in terms of the
factors that influence and problems encountered in passing the CLE,
which is the focus of this study.
THEORITICAL/CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK
This research is based on study of Jhetro Royce E. Esparto (2022) in
Factors that influenced and problems Encountered in the CLE.
According to him the research was encouraged to conduct this study
after becoming aware of the various factors that influenced and
problems encountered in the licensure examination. Which is the
focus of this study, Administrators will also be assisted in developing
policies that will increase the school performance on the licensure
examination. The results of the study revealed that several factors
such as student, home and family, school, review center and personal
Indicator have high influence on the licensure examination
performance.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

1.4 Education attainment
1.5 Year Graduated
2. What are the factors that affect on influence the performance in the CLE of ISAP?

3. Is there a significant difference on the performance in the CLE to the factors on influence?
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
Dynamic result of this study could be highly significant and beneficial especially to the following individuals:

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION
The primary focus of this study is to analyze the
associated factors that affect and influences the CLE of
Criminology students at the International School of Asia and
the Pacific.
The researchers will utilize a structured questionnaire as
their tool for gathering data.
A Weighted mean will be used to analyze the responses
on the associated factors on the CLE of ISAP.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Design
The researchers made used of descriptive research
design as the main technique in gathering the
necessary data from the participants.
Respondents of the study
The respondents of the study will comprise the
criminology graduates of International School of Asia
and the Pacific who take the CLE in year 2022.

Data Gathering Tool
The main gathering tool will be used by the researchers will be the Google
form which concerned with the profile of the respondents and on the associated
factors as perceived by CLE takers.

The researchers will also ask the respondents permission to float the
questionnaire. The questionnaires will be immediately collected to ensure one
hundred percent retrieval, and the data gathered will be tallied, organized,
tabulated, analyzed, and interpreted. The collected data will be treated statistically
to answer the specific questions that were presented.
