INTRODUCTION
• All stories have a beginning. Ours started in 1947 in the heart
of Emilia Romagna, in Rimini, Italy. This is where La Romana
first opened.

• The business was taken over a few years later by the values ​of
the ice cream master Vito Zucchi, his sons, Massimiliano and
Ivano, manage this business while maintaining the one on
which it was built: tradition, research, innovation and emotion
• Armed with a fertile imagination and the few ingredients available at
the time, Vito created a wide range of quality flavours which still are
prepared in our gelaterias today. His sons, Ivano and Massimiliano,
continue to offer these traditional flavours, prepared exclusively with
selected ingredients, following the original recipes, just like in the past.

• With a tradition of over 70 years in the production of artisanal ice


cream, the La Romana brand is expanding on the Romanian market in a
franchise system. The first La Romana store was opened in Afi
Cotroceni by ARSIS, in 2020, being followed by another store in Afi
Brașov, a store and an island in the Băneasa mall, another island in Afi
Cotroceni and a store on Calea Victoriei.

• La Romana desserts are created daily in each laboratory of each point


of sale from high quality natural ingredients: milk, eggs and butter from
local organic farms, artisanal cream, fresh fruit, certified organic
natural jams, seeds and dried fruits brought from Italy.

CONCLUSIONS
• La Romana stores are a new brand on the Romanian market,
with 100% natural products, which tries to introduce among its
customers the idea of ​protecting the planet and health.

• It has many risks, but they can be overcome with a lot of work
and devotion.

• The specificity of our premises is the study of each one detail,


both in terms of communication and aesthetics, so that the
customer feels welcomed in a warm place and elegant, where
we can enjoy our ice cream.
