BCNHS LOCALIZED CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PARENTS

1. Parents must dress appropriately when they come to


school (shorts, sleeveless, undershirt or sando are not
allowed inside the school premises).

2. Parents are welcome to visit the school anytime but they


must secure permission to school authorities should they
have concerns with teachers and must come on specified
time and date convenient to the teacher to avoid
interruption of classes.

3. Parents must avoid coming with unnecessary


companions. They are held liable and responsible for any
untoward incident done by their companion/s.

4. Parents must obtain a gate pass /log in and out at the


security guard’s logbook, leave their IDs (when available)
and present conference invitation when they intend to get
inside the school premises.

5.Parents must stay in designated areas assigned to them by the


guard on duty or any school personnel and avoid unnecessary
noise. They are not allowed to mingle, discuss and to talk and
engaged in activities with students apart from the approved
business by the administration

6. Parents must behave accordingly inside the school. (No foul


words, no foul behavior) They must adhere to “NO PHYSICAL
CONTACT, NO FOUL WORDS” policy in dealing with students and
school personnel.

7. Parents are not allowed to conduct business activities


inside the school premises. (e.g. selling of food snacks,
educational materials, cosmetics, etc.)

8. Parents must give due respect to school authorities


which include and is not limited to meetings , conferences
and in Social Media. They are expected to be courteous at
all times.

9. Parents who intend to meet student/s other than their


child (for personal concerns/complaints), should ask
permission from school authorities and must secure an
appointment with the Guidance Designate or Discipline
Committee. They are not allowed to go to the classrooms
directly to talk to any of the student/s.

10. Parents shall follow strictly the standard procedures of


the School’s Localized Child Protection Policy when filing
complaints to school staff or other students.
