 Strategic planning and vision setting. Assisting organizations to set clear and

Osun Plan
 is looking to work with the Executive Governor of Osun state in ensuring
reasonable financial independence to achieve his set agenda for the state. We
aim to identify all revenue generating capabilities in the state and develop and
streamline processes to ensure revenue is adequately generated in the state.

 We will review the formal and informal sector within the state with a clear goal
to increase revenue by 100% within the first year.

 We will review investment initiatives and drive investments into the state in all
areas of infrastructure.

 We will work with all review generating agencies in developing technologically


based solutions and tracking mechanisms for Internally generated revenue.
Osun Plan

Nigeria shall provide management, strategy and technology consulting as it relates


to building and increasing Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) to the government
of Osun State with a focus in the following sectors:

 Targeted focus in the informal sector of the state as it spreads across the 16
local governments in the state with particular inclusion amongst various
stakeholders to include UNION LEADERS, MARKET WOMEN ASSOCIATIONS,
TRANSPORTATION LEADERS, AND COOPERATIVES THAT INVOLVE ARTISANS AND
WORKERS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
 Small and medium size companies around the state
 Large companies to integrate the software into the regular routine of taxation in
the state
 Third party design stakeholders like the FIRS and other agencies as it relates to
data sharing and system integration
