• Choose whether you will write a 病假条（ sick leave) or
事假条 (leave due to a matter)
• Observe the correct format:
 write the title 请假条 in the center of the paper
 skip 2 boxes at the start of a paragraph
 punctuation mark inside a box
 do not start the row with a punctuation mark
