Process of Motivation
The motivation process progresses through a series
of discrete steps. Needs or motives are the starting
point of motivation. An unsatisfied need creates
tension that stimulates drives within the individual.
The drive generates a charge behavior to achieve
particular goals that will satisfy the need and lead to
reduction of tension.

Importance of
Motivation
Motivation is essential for our life. It can improve our lives.
Individuals performance is generally determined by three
thinks: motivation (the desire to the job), ability (the
capability to do the job) and then work environment (the
resources needed to do the job).If an employee lacks ability,
the manager can provide training or replace the worker. If
there is a resources problem, the manager can correct it. But
if motivation is the problem, the task for the manager is
more challenging how to solve it.
