1958 Founded as “VEB Holzwaren Querfurt” with 40 employees

1967 Takeover as a part of “VEB ELMET Hettstedt”, a TV-set producer, start with the production of
chokes and bell transformers
1974 Start of the production of assembled control and adjustment pcb´s for TV-sets as supplier of
“VEB Fernsehgerätewerk Stassfurt”
1984 Integration of the “VEB Tonfunk Ermsleben” operating unit with 246 employees
1988 Investment in the first assembling automates
1990 Foundation of the juridical independent company “VEB Videotronik GmbH”
1992 Privatized by “Management-Buy-Out” by Günther Enke and Rolf Burggraf
