IB - Year 12 Homework Assignment

Due: Tuesday 26th September
• Create a fitting/ in keeping background on a new single page in your sketchbook which will be titled ‘Ghost Walls’.
Remember to mask your edges as we did for the first page.
• Use https://www.1001fonts.com/ to print a font for your title and transfer it using the carbon sticks.
• Include ‘Richard Chivers - Degeneration’ reference photo with the title underneath and then collect and print 7/8
additional ghost wall images which will be added to the page.
• Add a short intro paragraph of text describing what a ghost wall is and where you might find this type of architecture.
(Use a line guide or draw pencil lines for all of your text)
• Add a paragraph of text titled ‘Visuals’ using each of these sentence starters: Use your vocab list in your sketchbooks
to help you!

• NOW Check the overall balance and composition of your page.. Is it laid out well? Is it a busy and visually appealing composition?
