Introduction of Presentation

The HSE Auditing is conducted to confirm whether the construction and execution status of
the HSE management system implemented in the project site is ;

• Appropriate for HSE requirements set up by the head office and international standards
• Achieving objectives
• Systematically & independently examine the validity and efficiency of the HSE
management system by project HSE organizations.
Responsibility

Corporate HSE Team:

• Establish and review annually HSE Audit Procedure

• Conduct HSE Audit to Project Site

• Assign qualified personnel to conduct HSE Audit to Project Site

• Prepare/Review the result of the Audit and discuss with the Site Project Management

• Issue HSE Audit Findings Report

• Submit Audit Result to the Division Head

• Follow-up all non-conformance items mentioned during the Audit

Auditor Qualification

• Audit personnel shall be designated based on his experience and training; corresponding

to the range, complexity and specialty of work subject to audit


• Corporate HSE Manager shall designate and send to training if necessary all HSE Audit

personnel
• All HSE Auditor should pass the HSE Auditing Training Course

HSE Auditor:
• Summarize all HSE findings including good points
and deficiencies
• Provide evidence of site deficiencies and good
practices (e.g. photos, certificate, meeting/ training
attendance)
• Submit to HSE Manager

Summary

HSE Auditing objectives is to identify the cause of factors obstructing health & safety so that
they may be immediately discerned, take corrective action to prevent recurrence, and to
guarantee validity by detecting, analyzing and eliminating potential causes.
