• Part I: Understanding public projects

and safeguard monitoring; and (c) completing feasibility studies and civil works.

This project ‘s impact is to increase rural incomes and sustained livelihoods in the
CHPs. The project outcome is to improve rural and agricultural productivity with
improved access to, and use of, water, materials, knowledge, production inputs and
markets. In addition, it is implemented by publicly funded organizations such as
MARD, CPMU and provincial people’s committees of the 5 participating provinces.
With above information, the project is certainly a public project as it creates public
value and carried out by publicly funded organizations. Therefore, no more
information should be added in the article to confirm the project is a public project.
