Brie is a soft cheese made of cow's milk, native to France, but which is
now popular all over the world.

How it is made and served

Brie is made by adding the enzymatic basket to


the milk, along with the salt and bacteria known
as cheese cultures.

The mixture is then left to bake about 1 month.

During the ripening process, white mold


forms the crust of the cheese.
