changes you
have observed
in your
body as you
grow?
PUBERTY
Is the process of Physical
changes made by which a child’s
body becomes an adult body capable
for reproduction.
Physical Changes

PHYSICAL
CHANGES
• Appearance of pimples on
their face.
• Breasts may feel softer
and rounder and grow
bigger.
• Onset of menstruation
period in girls.
• Hairs begin to grow on
face, armpits, arms, legs,
chest and pubic areas.
Boys develop their muscles and broader
shoulder.

“peer group”

more time with their friends
than their own family

faith

PUBERTY. CHANGES AT
PUBERTY ARE NOTHING TO
BE ASHAMED OF THEY ARE
PART OF GROWING UP AND
BECOMING ADULT.
