Design Need Fulfilled By Uber Eats
• Uber has been able to fulfill the user demand quiet effectively with its quality service

• Below I have noted some points from my experience

• The Needs fulfilled by Uber Eats are:-

• Ui/Ux : - The simple design where laymen can understand it pretty easily.

• Time and Convenience : -Simple, Fast and Effective.

• Overview :- Variety of options been provided.

• Safety :- With tracking features it has given user ability to rack order.

• Payment :- Various options like Credit and debit cards, Venmo, Paypal, Mastercard..etc (Panther,2022).
Fullfilled?
MY EXPERIENCE
SAYS YES
WHY?
A small story of my first order
• Before I arrived here I had never ordered food online.
• One day when I arrived late at night from my part-time job my friends were out.
• I was new here and hungry
• Fortunately, one of my friend had told me about Uber eats.
• I installed it on my phone.
• Placed an order.
• Completed Payment.
• 25 minutes later my food was at my apartments door step.

• See it was that easy, I was newcomer and that was my first experience.
Areas
Of Improvement
List Of Areas
• User interface :- Uber can reduce the steps by including more features in Ui

• Delivery fees :- As I have had experience of working as a rider the fee structure seems confusing

• Choppy Pages:- the rider app and user app both some times are choppy and regularly needs to be
updated.

• Theme :- As it has feature of dark theme & light theme it should be compatible to all devices.

• Feedback:- the feedback page gets stuck most of the times and takes time to load.
Conclusion
• With this opportunity I felt very honored to share my insight with all of you guys.
• A very big thankyou to our professor for providing this opportunity.
• Here I tried to share my take on design thinking of UBER EATS.
• Most of the resources were web based during this research and some came from my own experience as I
have been a customer and a worker both with this amazing company.
• The ideology of human centered design methodoly from my take may bring a clear view of the platform.
• It was a research I may be little wrong about stuffs that I have understand from the web and experience.
• Hope the design analysis here was fun and informative at the same time.
