PAELLA
INGREDIENTS

Chicken Broth (1 cube)
 10.5 grams of Cube (s) of Knorr® Shrimp
Broth (1 cube)
 3 tablespoons olive oil
 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion
 250 grams of raw shrimp head
 1 cup of clean squid cut into rings
 1/2 cup of green bell pepper cut into strips
 1/2 cup of red bell pepper cut into strips
 1/2 cup of octopus cooked and chopped
 1/2 cup with skin and with medium green
beans cut into 31 cup of parboiled rice
 1 1/2 cups of water
 2 grams of saffron
BULL TAIL STEW

 onion,
 carrots,
 tomato,
 garlic,
 bay leaf,
 saffron,
 olive oil
 red wine
 pepper and salt to taste
