- it is covered with a foreskin that may be
removed through circumcision
2. Scrotum- a pair of pouch like sacs that contains testes
- also controls the testes’ temperature because
they must be slightly cooler than the body to produce sperm
cells
3. Testes- glands that produce the sperm cells and the male
sex hormones called testosterone
4. Epididymis- a narrow, coiled tube that stores
sperm cells
5. Urethra- the passage way of both urine from
the urinary bladder and semen from the
glands
6. Seminal Vesicles- saclike pouches attached
to the vas deferens
- contributes to the semen
production , a sugar-rich fluid which provides
energy for sperm cell’s motility
7. Vas deferens- a long, muscular tube that serves
as a passageway of the sperm cell released from
the testes.
- it connects the testes to the
seminal vesicle and the urethra
8. Cowper’s gland- also called as the bulbourethral
gland found beneath the prostate gland.
- it is responsible for releasing fluid that
