Whats my business?

My business plan will be about selling food with a food truck, in

which will be a sole trader organization.
1. The Business

The main idea of the business is to sell food with a food truck.
Recruitment of employees can also be done and can work as a
chef.
2. The Business Oppurtunity

I believe customers will buy my product due to the convenience

of the product and how food can be at high demand during
different situations. For example Icecream in the summer.
3. The Market

As a business of a food truck, competition is relatively low and

demand at some point can be high. In terms of potential of
growth, it is 50/50 as online delivery service is growing in
popularity compared to food trucks, while food trucks are stable.
4. The Objectives of the Business

We plan to create proper stability and survive the first year of

the business. By the time we achieve that we then try to raise
funds to attempt to expand the business in the market and
overall expand storage, revenue, etc.
5. Financial Forecast

As a food truck business, lets say we average 20-30 customers per day and each
order is worth 5$. We also have to include expenses as well, so lets say our expenses
that include truck maintenance and food, cost 300$ per month. So we create:
- 100$ - 150$ Daily
- 2,600$ - 2,900$ Monthly
- 23,900$ - 35,900$ Yearly
