COURSE SYNOPSIS/OVERVIEW
1. This course is the second part of the Law of Contract.
2. The course examines the provisions on the factors which may vitiate the parties'
consent in entering the contract and the available remedies.
3. The course aims to introduce the students to the various legal issues arising from the
contract law exercise in Malaysia.
4. This course discusses topics relating to the basic principles of free consent, illegality,
agreement to restrain lawful trade, performance, frustration, damages, and remedies.
5. The course is delivered via online mode.
6. It is expected that the students will be equipped with knowledge of contract law and
current issues while applying practical skills.
