• Ultimate relies upon a Spirit of the Game that places
the responsibility for fair play on every player.

INSTRUCTION:

The students have to create a video showcasing and discussing the

different basic skills in Ultimate Frisbee with a minimum of 4 minutes
and maximum of 5 minutes’ time limit. They’re expected to follow the
following instructions:

 Make a DIY or ‘Do It Yourself’ Frisbee disc or plate.

 Wear a proper attire for the said game; and
 Execute the skills properly.
