Note:
A PNR is purged 4 days after the start of its last segment. Past dated/Purged PNRs can be recalled
using RPD or RPP entry for a period of 3 years.
PNR MODIFICATION
Before modify a passenger name, check the airline name change policy. Airlines provide a
phone number or website for this purpose. Airlines may apply penalties for any misuse.
There are two ways to modify a passenger name:

SPECIAL SERVICE REQUEST
Special Service Request (SSR) to request a special service for a passenger such as a special meal, a wheelchair and
others.
A PNR can contain a maximum of 255 active SSR elements.
A non-seating SSR entry can contain a maximum of 126 characters including spaces.

To pass details of a passenger's specific meal requirements to an airline, a Special Service Request (SSR)
must be added to the PNR.

To request a specific meal type, enter, for example:


SR SPML-No nut particles or oils (-free-flow text)

To request a meal for passenger 3 on all segments of a PNR, enter, for example:
SR VGML/P3

To request a meal for passenger 2 on segment 4 of a PNR, enter, for example:


SR SFML/P2/S4

SPECIAL SERVICE REQUEST
Unccompanied Minor (UMNR)

• To add an element for an unaccompanied minor manually after end of transaction, enter the age of the
unaccompanied minor as free-flow text, following the SSR code
• For example: SR UMNR – UM05 (where 5 is the age of the passenger)

Emergency Contact Information

• To send emergency contact information to an airline, you can create an containing the emergency contact name
and phone number
• For example: SR PCTC MH HK /EDWARD LEWIS/US3054411245.CELL PHONE
• MH : Airline Code | US : Country Code

Advance Passanger Information System (APIS)

• A program used by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and some airlines to send passport and visa
information to the CBP, at least 60 minutes prior to passenger’s departure time.
• For example: SR DOCS AY HK1-P-GB-012345678-GB-30JUN73-M-14APR25-JOHNSON-SIMON
• AY : Airline Code | P : Travel Document Code (Passport) | GB : Issuing Country | 012345678 : Document Number

Wheelchair

• Advance seat reservations can be offered to wheelchair passengers. In order to comply with safety regulations,
wheelchair passengers should never be seated: (1) at Emergency Exit and (2) Upper Deck of the Aircraft
• For example: SRWCHR-ELDERLY PERSON/P2

Pet in Cabin / Animal in Hold

• To send animal in hold or pet in cabin information to an airline, create an SSR containing type, specify number,
container weight and dimensions.
• For example: SRPETC-NN1-CAT W-5KG D-40X30X20CM

These are the system limitations for advance seat requests:


1. You cannot request seating for any segment that is booked more than 362 days in advance
2. Each airline applies a time limit for advance seating requests. If you make a seat request for a flight after this time
limit, the system responds with the message CHECK DATE/SEGMENT # (where # is the segment number)
3. Advance boarding passes may not be issued for advance seating on airlines without seat agreements
SPLIT PNR
If you have a PNR with multiple passengers and you need to rebook a separate itinerary for one or more of them, you
can split the PNR
When you split a PNR:
1. A separate PNR with the new information is created and is tagged as an ASSOCIATE PNR
2. The original PNR is tagged as a PARENT PNR

Setelah melakukan reservasi sesuai tugas yang telah ditentukan, gunakan

FXP dan FQQ (tergantung jumlah penumpang).
