START A POSITIVE THOUGHT FACTORY

Watch your thoughts, they become your words. Watch your words,
they become your habits. Watch your habits ,they become your
actions.

Be selective about what you read and the people with whom you
spend your time.

Don’t fret about what other people are thinking about you. They are
bust fretting over what you are thinking about them.
DUKHIRAM AND SUKHIRAM
LAUGH YOUR BLUES AWAY

Laughter is nature’s greatest tonic. It brings strength and is one

of the most effective medicines nature has provided to man.

Read funny books , meet funny people , see funny films.

Refuse to be in the company of men and women who do not

laugh.
CLEAR THE CLUTTER

Keep the largest dustbin near you.

If you are bitter at heart, sugar in the mouth will not help you.

Each one of us is like a wheel which revolves and different

shades of good luck and bad luck keep on emerging and
dissolving all the time.
MIRROR , MIRROR ON THE WALL

If you want genuine pleasure in life, compare yourself

not with others, but with yourself.

Always compare with your own potential.

Keep in mind if you aim stars , you may not quite get
them but you won’t come up with mud either.
LEARN TO SAY “THANK YOU” AND “SORRY”
INSTANTLY

Attitude of gratitude

Don’t make best the enemy of better.

Many of us are too shy to say thank you or

sorry when we should.
LEARN TO LOVE WHAT YOU DO

If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap.

If you want happiness for a day , go on a picnic.
If you want happiness for a week, go on a vacation.
If you want happiness for a month, get married.
If you want happiness for a year, inherit wealth.
If you want happiness for a lifetime, learn to love what you do for living.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
Convert your foolish pleasures into simple pleasures.

If you want the rainbow you have got to put up with
the rain,

Try to keep your pleasure simple and share with

whom you want to have more simple pleasure.
THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN

Manage your anger creatively.

For every 10 mintures that you are angry , you lose 600
seconds of happiness.

We get angry when we have too many problems and begin to
feel out of control.
PRIORTISE

Do one thing at a time.

Goals must be specific and time-bound.

If you can dream it, you can do it.

BE READY TO FACE THE MUSIC

your industry.Your competitors today may be your
bosses tomorrow!

Never take your job for granted.

If every rub irritates you how will your mirror be

polished.
