Biography
Claudio was born in Uruguay and grew up in Toronto. Since he
was 5 years old, Aprile has always wanted to be a chef and has
been cooking since he was 14 years old.
Aprile has worked in some of the world's most renowned
kitchens. He gained excellent reviews as a young executive chef
while working in countless restaurants.
Aprile partnered up with Liberty Group team in 2019 regarding
a fresh idea called Xango. The restaurant, which specialises in
Asian and Latin American cuisine.
Claudio is a judge on the famous tv series Masterchef Canada,
which brought some more attention to his name.
