Any restaurant in Japan can provide a choice of
appliances that are convenient for you. And yet, effective
communication in Japan has an indirect effect. When
your Japanese colleagues see you awkwardly holding
chopsticks, struggling to grasp rice or other signs, they
will understand you without words. And they will gladly
ask to bring a fork for you.
