Parameter Description

Raw Material Propylene and Synthesis Gas

Process Produced by vapour-phase oxidation of Propylene. This
description
process involves two reactors, with the first reactor
converting Propylene to Acrolein and the second reactor
converting Acrolein to Acrylic Acid
Propylene Oxidation Route
Based on two steps:

1. Produce acrolein
C3H6 + O2  C3H4O + H2O

2. Oxidized to be acrylic acid

C3H4O + ½O2  C3H4O2
