 Example:
◦ Because Esmeralda is attractive, a lot of people admire her.
Because + S + V/(to be) , S + V
Because + Cause , Effect

◦ A lot of people admire Esmeralda because she is attractive.

◦ S + V + because + S + V
◦ Effect + because + Cause
 The use of “such …. that” and
“so …. that”
Structure:
1. S + V + Such + Adjective + Noun + that + S + V

2. S + V + So + Adj. / Adverb + that + S + V

Note: S = Subject V= Verb (dapat diganti To Be)

Adjective = kt. sifat Adverb = kt. keterangan
Noun = kt. benda
Example:
◦ Because Esmeralda is attractive, a lot of people admire her.

◦ Such …. That
◦ Esmeralda is such attractive girl that a lot of people admire her.

S + + such + Adj. + Noun + that + S + V/To be

V/To Be
Example:
◦ Because Esmeralda is attractive, a lot of people admire her.

◦ So …. That
◦ Esmeralda is so attractive that a lot of people admire her.

S + + so+ Adj. / adv. + that + S + V/To be

V/To Be
